O V E R V I E W
Mood: indoor + outdoor singing, contemporary nature-inspired songs, nature connection, singing to + with nature, Shinrinyoko sound bathing, fireside singing, vocal improvisation, deep listening, mindfulness + somatic movement.
This term, as the world speeds up in unfathomable ways, we are slowing down and inviting the natural world deeper into our singing and wellbeing to help us ground and restore in these crazy times. We will explore the what, where and the how of this magical thing we do, which reconnects us to the nature inside us, which we are always part of - creating more space in our lives to listen to what it is saying.
